Each Le Fil Rouge creation is crafted with precision and care. Because our pieces are intimate garments, we maintain the highest hygiene standards.
Eligibility for Return
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if all of the following conditions are met:
• The item is unworn and unwashed.
• All tags, security seals and hygiene stickers are intact.
• The piece is returned in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on briefs, thongs or other bottom pieces that have been tried on, as well as on gift cards and final-sale items.
How to Start a Return
- Email customercare@lefilrougelingerie.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and send a return label or instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 – 10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order after your refund is processed.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank first, then email customercare@lefilrougelingerie.com for assistance.
Inspection Rights
Le Fil Rouge Lingerie reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions listed above.
